Nivalis Performance Fix

Small fix. If the animation optimization ever hits an unexpected error, it now turns itself off only until you restart the game. Before, it switched itself off in the config file and stayed off for good, even after the cause was gone.

If you had this happen, check BepInEx/config/hoho92.nivalisperformancefix.cfg : under [Animation], set Enabled = true.

To install, get BepInEx 6 IL2CPP build 788, extract it and the zip below into the game folder, then launch the game twice. Updating from an older version: just replace the files. More in the README.
