Fix: Power Smoothing

• Added periodic power sampling (every 5 seconds) when smoothing is enabled
• Previously, smoothed power only updated when the sensor reported a change
• Now the moving average works correctly even with sparse sensor updates
• Smoothed power will gradually rise/fall instead of jumping immediately
