New Feature: PV Surplus Sensors

• 3 binary sensors pv_management_fix_pv_ueberschuss_{low,medium,high} with auto-derived thresholds (5/15/30 % of PV peak power)
• Hysteresis 50 %, ON-delay 5 min, OFF-delay 10 min (anti-flicker)
• New numeric sensor pv_management_fix_pv_ueberschuss (W, live)
• Three new config fields under "Sensors":
  • pv_power_entity (current PV power, W)
  • house_power_entity (current house power consumption, W)
  • pv_peak_power (PV system peak power, W, default 10000)
• New platform Platform.BINARY_SENSOR registered

Surplus = max(0, pv_power - house_power); calculation is disabled if either sensor is missing.

For PV-aware consumers (heat pump cooling, washing machine, dishwasher, EV wallbox).

Upgrade

After HACS update: restart HA (full restart because of new platform), then in options → Sensors fill in the three new fields.
