🌐 Config Flow / Translations (#5)

Improvements to the initial setup flow around price sensors:

• Feed-in tariff sensor field was untranslated — it showed the raw key in the initial setup because feed_in_tariff_entity was missing from the translations. Added label + description in 🇬🇧 EN / 🇩🇪 DE / 🇵🇱 PL.
• Electricity-price sensor was misleadingly labelled "Dynamic Electricity Price Sensor" in the initial setup vs. "Electricity Price via Sensor" in reconfigure. Unified to the clearer wording, and the description now makes explicit that it works for fixed tariffs too (it overrides the static energy price).
• Clarified the descriptions for the static feed-in tariff / electricity price (fallback behaviour, automatic ct/EUR unit detection).
