Problem
Compensation Guide only documents the delivery-track level ladder. There is no
written model for the acquisition track: no commission percentage, no
Product-Owner salary condition, no statement of the two-bucket split between
delivery and acquisition. BD and sales hires have no doc to point to, so the
terms get explained live, per hire, in onboarding threads instead of read from
a canonical source.
Solution
Once this merges, BD and sales hires can read their compensation model
directly in docs/COMPENSATION.md: the delivery/acquisition split, the
commission rate, and when a salary component applies. Fold the guide into
prose so the acquisition track fits alongside delivery levels without
straining a table format built for one track only.
