Bug fixes

• A request that waited its turn behind a dropped link now connects again before it runs. A disconnect(), or a require_timeout() that raised the timeout on a live link, could take the pacer before a request that found the link up. That request then failed with connection is not established. In Home Assistant's solaredge_modbus this failed every setup after the probe raised the timeout (#259).
