Since update to core 2023.11.3 Tuya Integration Error 1114

The problem

Since I upgraded to HA Core 2023.11.3. the tuya integration stops working.
When reconnecting, following issue appears: your ip(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) don't have access to this API

Hi, my Tuya integration won’t work either. It says failed setup. NewConnectionError … Failed to establish a new connection: [Errono-3].

I was having this issue, which I noticed sometime after 2023.11.3, but I can't reliably say when it started.

Today I solved it through some combination of the following steps (I was trying a bunch of stuff so can't say for sure which one it was)

1. turning off the IP whitelist as per comment 635 above (this definitely did not work immediately but the changes might have taken some time to propagate), and
2. using the LocalTuya integration (which had never stopped working for me--I would use this for everything but it doesn't see all my devices) to probe for new devices. LocalTuya strangely saw some devices on my network that had device IDs that don't show up in the Cloud platform, but did match IPs of Tuya devices. I could not manage to set these up though as they're unsupported device types.

Sometime after the latter, all my devices started working again in the main Tuya integration.

I’ve resolved my issue. Update of core resulted in an incorrect configuration of my network settings, using an old IP address for my gateway. Have updated and all Tuya Integration (via Cloud) are now working.
