Store order of sidebar menu globally

The problem

I know, that it is possible to sort the menu per device. But it is really annoying, to do it on every device which access HA.

Why is it not possible to store the sorting globally? As an Admin of the page we know at best how things should be locking.

This is a feature request and we use github only to track bugs (otherwise it would not be managable), but I think this is a good one to write a WTH about. This month we have Month of What the Heck, where we want to know the big or little itches you have when using Home Assistant, and this sounds like a perfect one
