Loqed intergration is not working

The problem

im getting the following error on the loqed intergration:

i can see the time send by the loqed and homeassistant doest match, tried rebooting homeassistant, both loqed and bridge. readded the intergration. the webhook URL is correct. also i cant operate the lock from homeassistant...
my homeassistant is not exposed to the internet, im using a tailscale net. external URL was set to local ip adres when setting up the intergration

Seems like there is some clock drift between your home assistant installation and the Loqed bridge. Seeing how you know how to set up a VPN would it be possible to ensure both servers are able to reach an NTP server? The integration rejects messages with too large a time difference to prevent people intercepting the request and replaying it on the bridge at an inconvenient time.

Hi, thanx for the response, maybe a dump question, but how can i check if the loqed bridge/homeassistant can connect to a NTP server? in the same subnet i can reach a NTP server.
when i add a date/time entity in home assistant its the same as my laptop so i guess it can reach a NTP?

Looking at the error message there seems to be a time difference of 13 seconds between your bridge and the home assistant setup, where the maximum allowed is +- 10 seconds. i think i found the culprit, when i give a date command in the SSH terminal homeassistant is lagging about 15 sec...

after a reboot of the server (proxmox VA) it was oke, a homeassistant reboot wont work.... i did not open any ports in the firewall... im curious tho why you would open ports in your firewall for the loqed, not that secure...

i have used a date/time card to diagnose before, so i feel a bit stupid for this thread..

No worries, the time difference is quite small and the tolerance of the integration even smaller so it's easy to overlook.

The firewall rules are there for people who block all outgoing traffic. That would result in a not properly functioning bridge.
