Can not integrate Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 (MJTZC01YM) over Xiaomi BLE

The problem

It is not possibme to integrate the Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 (MJTZC01YM) over Xiaomi BLE.
It seems only the old Xiaomi scales are working.

This scale is not added in the pypi library https://github.com/Bluetooth-Devices/xiaomi-ble

You should first create an issue there and provide some BLE data, such that we can investigate it.
