Error while communicating with SwitchBot API: Failed to retrieve encryption key from SwitchBot Account: not the device owner, status code: 190 #147733

The problem

I had a weird issue. since some days ago, a switchbot lock was discovered. i was like "huh" since i did not purchase any new device, and the old devices were still added. i noticed one lock was no longer functioning, so i deleted that and tried re-adding the device. unfortunately no luck, im getting the error "Error while communicating with SwitchBot API: Failed to retrieve encryption key from SwitchBot Account: not the device owner, status code: 190".
I am sure i logged in with the integration on the account that added the locks though. I also completely factory resetted the devices afterwards and added them again. i have 2 lock ultra's, and the other lock was added without a problem, but one keeps giving me that error. i wish i could try the python way of getting the encryption key, but i have no idea how, it seems kind of advanced techy-stuff....

The error reads, like the title says: Error while communicating with SwitchBot API: Failed to retrieve encryption key from SwitchBot Account: not the device owner, status code: 190.

The HA logs doesn't seem to mention anything related to this integration.
