Melcloud Home integration does not login

The problem

Hello, I don't have a custom Melcloud integration, but rather the one that can be selected when adding a device in Home Assistant, "Melcloud Home." I've had this problem since this morning; I'm getting an error message on Home Assistant Core. I can no longer log in to Home Assistant, even though it works fine in the Melcloud Home app. I removed the Melcloud Home integration from Home Assistant and then reinstalled it, changing my password. The problem persists. I still can't log in. Could you please look into this? Thank you.

I am having the same issue, the error is "Invalid email or password". I can login in the app with the same credentials

I'd like to give you more information than what's already been stated, but I don't have any. I can simply tell you that Melcloud Home was working correctly yesterday, and this morning I got a message saying "Melcloud: Home Assistant Core problem." Clicking on this error message asked for my password, but it was always incorrect. I removed the Melcloud integration from Home Assistant, restarted Home Assistant, and tried adding Melcloud Home as a new integration, but without success. I still get the "incorrect login or password" message. I changed the password in the Melcloud Home app. I tried the new password again in the Melcloud Home integration, but it still doesn't work. I'm not a home assistant user but I have a similar issue and I have my own integration. Melcloud Home has been offline since yesterday: https://melcloudhome.com

I reached out to their customer support and they said "we are aware and will fix it soon". It's been over 24 hours since then and I doubt they'll do anything about it. It's just a horrible cloud service.

A week ago I got a device installed that uses MELCloud, but haven’t been able to configure the app in Home Assistant. I get the “invalid authentication” message as well.

Melcloud Home is online again, so I assume the Home Assistant integrations should be working fine now.

I got a new AC system and properly working MelCloud account (with a working MelCloud Home app on my phone), but when loging in to the HA integration I get "invalid authentification" (or equivalent, message in German).

EDIT: looks like for new MelCloud Home type of devices I need https://github.com/andrew-blake/melcloudhome anyway - please correct me if this is incorrect, otherwise sorry for the spam

I got my entities unavailable since Months, I think since Mitsubishi changed their API's ?
