After seeing the same log output, i disabled the integration but i can't remove the
Entitys crated by this integration
i have Entitys google_maps_RANDOM-NUMBER that can't be deleted

Have you restarted HA?

in my case, I had to remove the google_maps platform from device_tracker: and I also removed the google_maps_xxxxx from known_devices.yaml then restarted HA.

I'm now happily using https://github.com/pnbruckner/ha-google-maps/releases (I had issues getting a stable set of cookies, and seem to have resolved this using Firefox as the browser)

Curios if this will be solved as it not even got assigned to anyone, moving to a alternative should not be the solution. 😉
