The problem

The Blink integration has been completely non-functional, and neither Home Assistant Core 2026.7.3 nor 2026.7.4 includes the latest blinkpy fixes, despite those fixes having been available upstream for some time. As a result, Blink users continue to experience issues that have already been addressed in blinkpy.

A bump to 0.28.9 was merged here - #177054
It looks like it is included in 2026.8.0b0 although to be fair it does also look like it is missing from the full change list in the BETA release notes for some reason.

Please note there may still be some changes to make other than just bumping the repo as discussed here - #176836

0.25.9 has been merge and is included in the beta. I will close this now as it's already there
