Home Assistant is not receiving push updates from the Shelly device

The problem

After installing the latest supervisor supervisor-2023.07.2 and restarting, I have started getting all of my Shelly devices reporting this issue that needs to be repaired:

"Shelly device shelly1-C45BBE76336A push update failure
Home Assistant is not receiving push updates from the Shelly device shelly1-C45BBE76336A with IP address 192.168.68.65. Check the CoIoT configuration in the web panel of the device and your network configuration."

I should add that the devices do seem to actually work. This seems to just be a HA repair warning.

This warning was added exactly due to cases that seems like the device is working, but push updates are not working.

Please download the diagnostics from the device card in Home Assistant and attach it in a comment.

Seems multicast is not working for you, so configure unicast as per documentation: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/shelly/#shelly-device-configuration-generation-1

I thought it had worked. I added my HA IP address to the coiot peer field but after restarting HA the repair messages returned.

I should add that this has been working fine up until this morning when I updated HA supervisor, so I'd be surprised if I have a missing setting.

Ok so looks like after adding the HA IP address to the coiot peer field I needed to restart all of the devices. Doing that seems to have fixed it.
