Cannot login to Verisure integration

In Spain we login with our card ID (DNI) and password. We do not use email as shown here:

Are you sure that is Verisure, and not some other product of Securitas? The login screen doesn't look like anything I've seen before.

It would be interesting to hear from Verisure Support what the difference is between the two apps. And if they have plans to migrate to the 'regular' Verisure app.

Securitas Direct is the Verisure name on Spain.
A Example, the chilean Verisure not use email address to login URL: https://customers.verisure.cl/owa-static/login
Our verisure uses the RUN (Identification Number for Chile) and the password after needs SMS 2FA authentication.
In my case I can't use the integration because we not use the email.

Same here is France, we use the My Verisure mobile app.
For login in browser: https://customers.securitasdirect.fr/owa-static/login
I suppose in Europe we have another system.
I found a non-official intergration for Securitas Direct
https://github.com/guerrerotook/securitas-direct-new-api/
But I didn't test it yet.
