Proposed change

Currently only in the basic data update coordinator a renewal of the authentication token is made. This fix adds a renewal also for the other coordinators, as apparently there are users experiencing problems when the token expires and is not renewed automatically.

Type of change

  • Dependency upgrade
  • Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New integration (thank you!)
  • New feature (which adds functionality to an existing integration)
  • Deprecation (breaking change to happen in the future)
  • Breaking change (fix/feature causing existing functionality to break)
  • Code quality improvements to existing code or addition of tests

Pull request overview

This pull request updates the Solar-Log integration to renew the authentication token not only in the basic coordinator, but also when authentication errors occur in the device-data and longtime-energy coordinators, addressing periodic re-authentication problems reported by users.

Changes:

  • Attempt token renewal from SolarLogDeviceDataCoordinator when inverter-data updates hit SolarLogAuthenticationError.
  • Attempt token renewal from SolarLogLongtimeDataCoordinator when energy-data updates hit SolarLogAuthenticationError.
  • Add tests that validate the coordinators surface ConfigEntryAuthFailed after auth errors during scheduled refresh.
