Describe the issue you are experiencing

The Voice Assistants Expose page fails to load and displays an infinite loading spinner. When navigating to Settings > Voice Assistants > Expose tab, the page never finishes loading and entities cannot be viewed or managed.

2. Click on the "Expose" tab or the 'xxx' exposed entities under Google Home or Assist

That's a really long entity id you have there: automation.description_send_notification_with_the_ip_address_of_the_user_that_logged_in_mode_single_trigger_platform_event_event_type_ha_auto_login_guest_logged_in_condition_action_service_notify_notify_data_message_guest_at_ip_address_trigger_event_data_

I think when that's changed, it will fix it.

I found that entity but I got this error when trying to delete/ modify it:

This entity ('automation.description_send_notification_with_the_ip_address_of_the_user_that_logged_in_mode_single_trigger_platform_event_event_type_ha_auto_login_guest_logged_in_condition_action_service_notify_notify_data_message_guest_at_ip_address_trigger_event_data_') does not have a unique ID, therefore its settings cannot be managed from the UI. See the documentation for more detail.

I've gone down a rabbit hole trying to fix it:

1. Uninstalled the Auto Guest Login add-on that I think may have created it
2. Found the entity in .storage/core.entity_registry, deleted it, restarted HA
3. Searched other config files for it or the add-on and could not find anything
4. Tried Spook's "Delete all orphaned entities" action (it was not listed as an orphaned entity)

Every time I delete it in core.entity_registry it keeps coming back.

I've searched my entire config folder for where this automation might be, but it's not in my automations.yaml or configuration.yaml. The only place I can find it is in that entity registry file.
Any ideas on how to permanently kill this thing? Is there some other storage file or add-on config folder I should be checking?

Finally figured it out after about 6 hours of troubleshooting.

Had to:

1. Create an entry in automations.yaml that matched the same unique ID I had.
2. Create a script to run (see below - fix_orphan.sh) to fix core.restore_state and core.entity_registry
3. Direct SSH in to HA
4. Run these commands:

ha core stop

sh /mnt/data/supervisor/homeassistant/fix_orphan.sh

ha core start

5. It allowed me to go into the automation and delete it
6. I could then access the Expose entities page
