Process of creating a Withings developer account seem to have changed

The documentation describes that you to create an account with these values:

Values for your account:

Logo: Any reasonable picture will do.
Description: Personal app for collecting my data.
Contact Email: Your email address
Callback Uri: https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/oauth.
Company: Home Assistant

This seams to have changed. The Account is now created by just providing a name for the organization and a contact email address.

Then you have to create an application.
Choose free public API for that and accept terms.

Than you will come to a view where you can enter the above information followed by the generated Client ID & Client Secret.
