What is the difference to the mcp_server shipped by HA? #1465

What is the difference to the mcp server already shipped by Home Assistant? What can this addon do more or less? Why and when should I install this or that? |

Ours has far more functionality. Theirs is really more an extension of the voice pipelines control, you have to set up what devices are exposed and whatnot. Theirs can't help with automations or helpers or scenes or dashboards, just to name a handful of things. |
