This patch release contains one dependency update. There are no configuration changes.
An OTLP trace request sent as JSON is no longer rejected when a single attribute value cannot be decoded. The attribute is dropped and recorded, and the rest of the request is accepted. Previously one malformed attribute cost every span in that request. A nested intValue sent as a JSON number is also now read, where before only the string form was.
Both apply to the HTTP JSON path. Requests sent as protobuf or over gRPC are unaffected, since neither can express these cases.
