Verified after posting: clean PyPI installation, pip check, import/version, SPDX/LICENSE/NOTICE/py.typed, offline example, actual downloaded wheel/sdist hashes, expected repository/workflow provenance and cryptographic verification of both attestations with pypi-attestations0.0.30. GitHub environment approval was performed by hongjunna; no bypass. Both publish variables are false again. TestPyPI was skipped. Existing nine successful live API acceptance calls were reused; no new production API call was made.

Attached files are the reviewed publishing-run artifacts, identical to PyPI. Future smoke automation is a separate change and is not part of this tag or these distributions. TEC/MUF/propagation/stations/WSPR/PSK, async/pandas and automated pagination remain future work (#2). API terms remain unactivated. No server/DB/key-policy change accompanied this release.
