Resolves the issues reported by aobathree against briskapi 0.3.1.

• Reconstruct pre-open state using individual quote timestamps; correct the README cutoff to 08:59:59.9999.
• Skip unsupported or invalid archive manifests with a warning and validate manifests before payload downloads.
• Return both start and end in market summaries for recordings and live feeds.
• Reject missing SBI cookies before starting the decoder.
• Enable decoded SBI market contributions with per-session opt-in and current policy-3 consent. Enter accepts the interactive prompt; Python defaults to timing-only contributions. Cookies, tokens, and connection diagnostics are excluded.
• Relabel the existing legacy wire capture as sample data and document its research-only format.
• Isolate SBI tests from inherited BRISK_CONTRIBUTE settings while explicitly testing the opt-out.

The public archive has also been repaired: a full historical demo and a replacement canonical synthetic fixture are published under CC0-1.0, and the broken synthetic entry has been retired with reversible S3 delete markers.

Validation: 205 Python tests (98.89% coverage), 3 fixture/downloader tests, 61 Node tests, 14 Rust tests, Rust formatting and Clippy, package metadata checks, and installation of the wheel outside the repository. Live SBI account reception remains unverified.
