Fixed CLI guest account creation

hookdeck listen did not read HOOKDECK_API_KEY. Without a prior hookdeck ci it
created a temporary guest account and carried on, so an agent configured everything in a
project the user could not see and reported success. The first symptom was missing
traffic rather than an error. CLI 2.5.0 fixes it.

That is the product change in this release. It is also the first result this benchmark
produced: the defect was found by watching a weak model report success having built
nothing anyone could find.

The rest is the baseline — the first run published, and what it measured.

No comparable delta. This is the first release, so there is no previous snapshot to measure against. Later releases carry one, with the caveat that adding a model or a scenario, or bumping the sandbox CLI, changes the denominator and makes totals either side incomparable.
