15 new hooks on Solana, enforced by the token's transfer hook (programs/hooker-hook/src/v3.rs). Live on mainnet: hook program GE5TW1AFehhNFLYiSiaAkmbTjnHTB3hdhw6ZZFBP5sLV was upgraded in place; tokens launched before keep exactly the rules they launched with.
Caps and access
- Anti-dump caps: separate caps on one buy and one sell
- Graduated sell caps: the bigger the bag, the smaller one sell can be
- Chapters: max per wallet doubles every chapter of volume
- Plague: a wallet can only buy once a holder has sent it some
- DEX-only and P2P-only
- Market hours: New York stock market hours, daylight saving computed on chain, closed on US market holidays; trading hours can now follow US or European daylight saving and close sells too

Hooks that remember something keep it in one account per token, never one per buyer, so every app and router can trade them. Tested end to end against mainnet's Meteora, Pumpfun and Token-2022 bytecode (test/e2e-v3.mjs).
