Various bugfixes and other QoL content, much of it courtesy of @AmondoVagyok.

• The Sly 1 Client now has a proper title, as well as in-built Universal Tracker support.
• Reduced frequency of various read-write operations, to hopefully address various crashes.
• Added a new option to host.yaml, "Auto Fill Locations". Enabled by default.
• When enabled, if a Sly 1 player has more items than locations, the apworld will create bonus "Cache" locations when collecting Keys to address this. This will prevent errors caused by excessive items.
• If disabled, generation will give an OptionsError.
• Added a manifest file for compatibility with Archipelago 0.7.0 and onward.
