A set is created in the editor, switched on in the menu bar, applied — the entries take
effect and the name cache is flushed. Nothing outside the managed block changes.

The package in this release is unsigned: the build runner has no developer keys, so the
privileged helper will not register with it. Good for a look at the product, not for use.
A working package is built on a machine that has an identity.
