[BUG] Frontend docker image missing

Describe the bug
After trying to spin up an own instance of tasking-manager, I found out there is no frontend package available in the repository:

tasking-manager/docker-compose.yml

Lines 116 to 117 in c3c02d9

There are only (The naming is a bit confusing):
