feat(web): add safe Hraness preview surface

Summary

• build a static noindex /preview composition with the Atet homepage as canonical
• permit framing only from hraness.com and www.hraness.com while retaining DENY and frame-ancestors none on every other path
• keep the preview free of scripts, analytics, actions, authentication, user data, and crawler discovery

Verification

• bun run --cwd apps/web check
• repository gate reached 193/193 SDK and 1203 desktop passes locally; five unrelated desktop workflow tests timed out while another Atet checkout was using the same machine-global coordinator, so Required CI is the isolated complete-gate authority
