feat: add creative HTML overlay toolkit

Summary

• add a typed, exhaustive seven-profile HTML-overlay catalog and expose it through atet html catalog [--json]
• add deterministic p5.js 2.3.2 immediate-2D and Two.js 0.8.24 retained-2D WebGL scaffolds with exact artifact locks, active-versus-historical provenance, manual clocks, transparent output, and bounded teardown
• publish the dated creative-technology ecosystem compendium, admission taxonomy, Soundfish boundary assessment, updated skill guidance, and the Atet 3.2.0 release alignment
• harden real-browser evidence for repeatability, reverse-order seeking, DPR 2, mixed alpha, substantial transparent margins, visible output, and post-screenshot browser failures

Validation

• bun run verify:html-overlay:macos through the exclusive browser-auth lane: base renderer/security 9 passed; exact-library matrix 2 passed / 72 assertions; real operation/compositor 6 passed; 0 failed
• final exact-tree bun run check through the exclusive compute lane: SDK, Desktop (1,243 passed / 16 opt-in skipped / 0 failed), web (36 passed), standalone scans, builds, preview verification, and installed-package smoke passed
• packed Atet 3.2.0 consumer verified 325 files and generated both p5 and Two.js documents
• bun run kb:check: current index and all 39 agent guides clean

Release

This is stable minor functionality. Merging to main should trigger the trusted npm staging workflow for 3.2.0. Public npm promotion and the v3.2.0 tag remain behind the documented human 2FA and registry-readback boundary.
