fix(web): redirect legacy host roots

Summary

• redirect the empty root path on each reviewed predecessor host
• retain the existing path-preserving wildcard redirects
• pin the expanded redirect set in the standalone identity inventory

Evidence

• production probe reproduced 200 on both legacy roots while nested paths redirected
• bun run check passed
• bun run check:web passed with 20 tests and 178 expectations
• standalone identity helper tests passed
