• Completes the scoping fix from 1.51.1. The live security push sent to open browsers still included counts covering the whole installation, so a user restricted to a few sites could see how many devices were affected elsewhere — numbers only, no names. The push now carries nothing but a "refresh" signal, and each browser re-reads only what that user is allowed to see. Nothing changes on screen.
