The WireGuard tab now shows a peer's name, not only its comment. RouterOS 7.15 added a name to a WireGuard peer — the same name it writes into the device log — and mikr was showing only the comment. The peer table gains a Name column beside the interface. It appears when at least one peer on the device has a name, so nothing changes for a device on an older RouterOS or for peers identified by comment alone, and the Comment column stays where it is: the two fields hold different things and you no longer have to choose between them. On a phone, a named peer is listed under its name with the interface beside it.
