The first version of our school project.

How to use ?

Execute

You can execute the jar archive below by executing the following command in you terminal :

java -jar Ech3c_Java.jar 

Compile

If you want to compile yourself this project, you can do it by executing the following command :

javac -cp bin/ -d bin/ Ech3c_Java/*.java

Next, you can run that by executing :

java -cp bin/ Main

What's new ?

  • This version is more stable than the precedent one.
  • Now, game can detect check position and say it to the player.
  • The way of entering position on the chessboard is more natural, with letters and number instead of matrix coordinates.

The first version of our chess game.

How to use ?

All the java source code of this game are in Ech3c_Javadirectories.
You can compile all of them by running with java compiler by running the following command :

javac -cp bin/ -d bin/ Ech3c_Java/*.java

Then, you can run the bin/Main.class file by executing the following commands :

cd bin/
java Main

Remember

Please note that this is a beta version. So, some features are not available, like the end of a chess game.
This game can also contains some unfixed bugs.
