OpenAI Responses API support! You can now use your codex models with std::slop.

  • OAuth/security hardening

    • Added percent-encoding for refresh-token payload components so Google/OpenAI refreshes survive reserved characters (with regression tests).
    • Extended OAuth utilities for OpenAI metadata extraction, documented in docs/OAUTH.md.
    • Added messaging deprecating Google OAuth in the CLI. They no longer allow this, so this is going away.

  • OpenAI orchestrator & models

    • Completely reworked OpenAI orchestrator responses to parse choices, reasoning_content, finishes, tool calls, and model metadata, plus schema regression tests.
    • Stored reasoning_content from o1/o3 models in the database for later access. (Old, Chat Completions API improvements)
    • Improved the tool executor with tighter synchronization and new tests to support richer response plumbing.

  • Interaction engine & ask_user flow

    • Refactored InteractionEngine ask_user handling to use a shared AskState guarded by absl::Mutex, eliminating duplication and races between HTTP and tool-dispatch flows.

  • Docs & tooling

    • Clarified JCP guidance (docs/USERGUIDE.md, docs/config_impl.md, docs/js_integration.md) with scratchpad TODOs, tool guidance, and formatting expectations.
    • Added walk-through content for ChatGPT Plus device flow (slop_auth scripts).
    • Tightened system prompt guidance and persistent-function docs, and simplified it.

  • General infrastructure

    • Misc CLI/renderer updates, database/tests improvements (core/database.cpp, core/message_parser.cpp, core/system_info_test.cpp), and other housekeeping contributions.
