Expanded QuickJS tooling exposure: Gave access to quickjs std and os libraries to the Javascript Control Plane
Improved diagnostics for JCP scripts: We now try to compile the generated JS and report syntax errors with stack trace back to the LLM, both at the compilation and run time level.
