Update to pathwaydesigner

This version adds:

1. Added align function via right-click popup to align species nodes: left, middle, right, top, center, bottom, distribute vertically, and distribute horizontally
2. Further improvements to the autolayout functions.
3. Added a side text area where antimony syntax can be entered directly and the network drawn.
4. Added hover feature to get concentrations of species and ids of reactions
