General:

  • Max limit removed on the number of instances of each MIRFEE module (except for the WMAT) that can be added to the configuration.

Feature Extractor:

  • Moved input WMAT/MTSF data from parameters file to control object, so that data is no longer stored in the configuration file. This was causing extreme space complexity issues in recent PAMGuard updates.
  • Added button for importing audio settings from a pre-existing output file.
  • Added "False Detection" as a species label that can be ignored (request).
  • Fixed bug where floats in Python would be output with "np.float64()" attached due to a recent NumPy update.
  • Fixed bug where formant-based features calculated on the full clip would be considered invalid when attempting to import them from a file.
  • Fixed oversight where attempting to output to a file but not actually selecting said file was not accounted for.
  • Amended some warning dialogs and button text for clarity.

WMAT:

  • Fixed slight oversight where SQLite databases saved with the .db extension would be interpreted as MySQL databases.
