• --upgrade --user tags removed from pip install commands, as well as the pip upgrade command.

General:

• The Python thread managers (and temp folder dialogs) for the Feature Extractor and Live Classifier have been disabled in viewer mode, as they aren't actually used there.

Feature Extractor:

• Added an option to limit all output feature values that are greater than 0.01 to 3 decimal points, which is enabled by default, in order to save space.

Live Classifier:

• Minor deprecated code fixed in binary module header object.
