The Go 1.26 code freeze has recently started. This is a time to update all golang.org/x/... module versions that contribute packages to the std and cmd modules in the standard library to latest master versions. For #36905. The original unit test is converted to a fuzz test, to be more confident on future refactors. All sub-tests are converted to seed corpus.
