As per elsewhere in the document a "Green Book" "Mode 2 Form 1" compact-disc sector has 2048 byte of Normal sector data. 

32 bytes are use for the chunk header which leaves 2016 bytes for the chunk data not 2012 bytes.
The final always zero field is 4 bytes long not 2
