Replaces the regex
{{ref}}highlight with the@httui/lezer-refsgrammar (pinned release tarball, same version as the bundled httui-lsp): the ref head,$prevand numeric segments get their own classes, and half-typed refs keep their parsed prefix painted via error recovery. Visuals approved by the owner; 3204 unit tests green.
