In previous versions, there was possibility of running untargeted lipidomics workflow. Was this removed from most recent version of mass cube? |

Starting from MassCube ver. 1.2.8, only one database is needed for the untargeted metabolomics workflow (no matter metabolomics or lipidomics). This is a merged database that contains lipid spectra. |
