Alpha 0.6 - Performance Features and Code Structure

State saving is now implemented!
Then I have spend quite some time to fix some bugs and add lot's of performance improvements.

For Devs - I have started to refactor the prototype into modularized form. First effort was to build a number of Renderer classes where each individual renderer renders a part of the gui, i.e. a GridRenderer for the grid lines, a SampleRenderer rendering the incoimng/outgoing sample data, a ControlPoint Renderer...
