  • BREAKING: Template system completely restructured into separate guidance and output files

  • Session recovery bug where already-processed files were being reprocessed after AI tool restart
  • Token count displaying as 0 in generated .context.md files (fixed circular dependency)
  • All fallback logic removed - system now fails fast with explicit errors when templates missing

  • Clean separation between AI guidance content and internal storage formatting
  • User-customizable guidance files for complete control over AI analysis instructions
  • Maintained backward compatibility for existing crystallized repositories
  • No information loss - all previous hardcoded guidance preserved in files
