Added
Full typed task discovery for Hubuum server v0.0.16 in both async and blocking
clients: resource, revision, lifecycle, timestamp, operation-option, output,
cancellation, and trace filters, including multiple kinds and statuses.
All filters support cursor pagination through page, all, pages, and items, with local validation of incompatible combinations.
Typed retained import/export/backup options and outcomes, explicit resource
targets, and rebuild, remote-call, and schema-validation details. Unknown
historical facts remain optional; output state distinguishes unknown,
available, expired, and not produced.
Changed
This release targets Hubuum server v0.0.16 at the existing immutable image sha256:37b3299edd845a0c2aa7772d7d68565233ac8c1802bc44be3fb4bbc6dfa8778e.
The 220-operation contract now reconciles 79 Rust wire models. The complete
pinned library and downstream-consumer suites passed, including all four
restore/recovery variants. Features, Rust 1.88, and locked dependency versions
remain unchanged after checking all compatible dependency updates.
Breaking changes and migration
Breaking Rust API:ImportTaskDetails, ExportTaskDetails, and BackupTaskDetails gain optional retained fields; TaskDetails gains reindex, remote_call, and schema_validation. Add retained: None or
the three new None fields to existing literals, or use the new ..Default::default() support. Add .. to exhaustive destructuring patterns.
Reading existing fields and decoding historical responses remain supported.
Invalid typed task discovery queries now fail locally with ApiError::InvalidTaskQuery before transport. Select compatible task kinds,
include class_id for revision filters, use nonempty kind/status sets, and
ensure timestamp bounds and terminal-status selections agree. Unknown
response fallbacks are rejected as filters except the server-supported TaskOutputDiscoveryState::Unknown.
