I've submitted a PR #12616 that fixes this issue. While investigating, I found the same import error in 5 other conversion scripts, so the PR fixes all 6 scripts to prevent similar issues.

While investigating, I discovered the same import error exists in 5 other conversion scripts, so the PR fixes all 6 scripts:

• scripts/convert_sd3_to_diffusers.py (the one you reported)
• scripts/convert_stable_cascade_lite.py
• scripts/convert_stable_cascade.py
• scripts/convert_stable_audio.py
• scripts/convert_sana_to_diffusers.py
• scripts/convert_sana_controlnet_to_diffusers.py

All were importing load_model_dict_into_meta from diffusers.models.modeling_utils when it should be from diffusers.models.model_loading_utils.
