Update InferenceAPI docs (TGI update mostly)

Follow-up after huggingface/huggingface.js#915 and huggingface/huggingface.js#924.

EDIT: I've slightly updated the generation script to include the type of each element in oneOf combinations. And to avoid making all elements "required" (since it's "oneOf").
