Adds dealer/role-based pricing to the report.

New

• Price columns — Retail plus one column per dealer role (Bronze, Platinum, Pinnacle Trailers), computed from the Role Based Pricing for WooCommerce plugin's per-product rules. Handles fixed price, fixed increase/decrease, and percentage increase/decrease. Sortable and included in the CSV export.
• Price filter — pick a tier (Retail or a dealer role) and set a min and/or max price. Carries through sorting, pagination, and export.
• Roles and the pricing meta prefix are configurable via the ss_inv_role_price_roles and ss_inv_role_price_meta_prefix filters, so the plugin adapts to other stores.

Install: download ss-inventory-reporter-1.4.1.zip below, then in WP Admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. After updating, click Refresh Data once so the report picks up the new price data.
