Block Runner 0.9.7 updates site-context collection to Wesper 0.4.1 and reduces CI overhead.

  • Pin Wesper 0.4.1, retaining optional ownership and taxonomy evidence in collected manifests. Supported generation continues to work with partial collection warnings.
  • Reuse WordPress between sequential proof cases while preserving each ZIP installation and browser check.
  • Run focused CI checks for allowlisted documentation and demo updates pushed to main.

The context format remains version 1. No additional WordPress plugin installation or consumer migration is required.
